Solar/ AgriFarm Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated assistant to support the daily operations of our solar power plant and agricultural farm. The role involves maintaining the solar power plant, managing farm operations, and ensuring the upkeep of a guesthouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for renewable energy and agriculture, offering a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solar Power Plant Operations: Assist in the regular maintenance and operation of the solar power plant to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
2. Grass-Cutting and Weed Management: Perform grass-cutting, weed removal, and general land maintenance around the solar plant and farm areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
3. Solar Panel Cleaning: Regularly clean solar panels to maximize energy generation efficiency.
4. Guesthouse Maintenance: Maintain and clean the guesthouse, including housekeeping duties and ensuring it is in excellent condition for guests. Also, welcome and assist guests staying at the property, ensuring a comfortable stay.
5. Agricultural Farm Management: Assist in managing agricultural activities, including planting, tending to seasonal crops, and overseeing farm production cycles.
6. Plant and Tree Care: Water, manure, and prune saplings, plants, and trees to ensure healthy growth and development.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in working with solar power systems or agricultural farm management.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as grass-cutting, panel cleaning, and farm work.
- Strong communication and hospitality skills for managing guesthouse visitors.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks.
