Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating CIPL's social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
- Create engaging and original content for social media posts, including images, captions, and videos.
- Help develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in analyzing social media metrics and reporting on performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Support in brainstorming and planning social media campaigns and promotions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and management.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals in digital marketing.
