Secure Pay is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Incharge / Content Creator who will manage their Social Media presence and create compelling content to engage their audience. This role comes with the potential to grow and lead a social media team in the future.
Position: Social Media Incharge / Content Creator
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Location: Dehradun

Job Description
As the Social Media Incharge, the candidate will be responsible for Planning, Creating, and Managing Content across Secure Pay’s social media channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, who can develop engaging content that aligns with their brand’s voice and strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Secure Pay’s business goals.

• Create and manage content for various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Facebook.

• Write, edit, and publish posts, articles, and other content that promote Secure Pay’s services.

• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with potential clients.

• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, preparing reports for management.

• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.

• Build and manage a team of content creators as the company grows.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

• Ability to create visual content (graphic design, video editing is a plus).

• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Knowledge of SEO and online traffic metrics.

• Creative thinking and content strategy development.

• Strong English Communication skills and Collaboration skills.

• Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
