Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Outreach & Communication:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Influencer Outreach & Communication:
- Identify and approach relevant influencers to collaborate with the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for campaigns and partnerships.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews across social media and review platforms.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage all reviews and ratings.
- Strategize methods to generate more authentic, positive feedback.
- Actively engage with followers and customers across social media platforms.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive brand image through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in social media management, influencer outreach, or customer engagement is a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and customer interaction tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
