Responsible for KPI delivery as per target
Responsible for identification of improvement areas for the circle & define corrective actions

Responsible for quality of installation /workmanship in the circle
Responsible for continuous improvement in customer experience
Responsible for process & So P adherence
Responsible for reduce in installation cost
S2S (New sales, rental upgrade, technology migration, Other Lo B products etc) through installation teams.
Improvement of audit score for the circle
Optimum use of resources with planned productivity
Responsible for timely material consumption
Anticipate risks on services & take proactive action to ensure customer satisfaction
Partner Management - Partner identification along with SCM, Ensure correct documentations, adherence to legal and regulatory compliance, adherence of processes & So P, timely clearance of partner bills & ensure timely payouts. Regular review with partners.
Timely NFA / PR/PO for material & services
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Recommend process improvement to enhance customer experience
Responsible for seamless experience for customer during entire life cycle with airtel and improve the CFI score
Improvement of Conversion, TAT, Quality of workmanship.
Gate meeting at defined frequency
Visits as per defined norms
