Site Supervisor Night (Construction)
Job Summary: We are seeking Night Supervisor to oversee construction operations during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, manage crew activities, and maintain quality throughout the project.
· Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
· Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to identify and address hazards immediately.
· Ensure all construction work meets quality standards through diligent inspections and timely issue resolution.
· Act as the primary contact for nighttime operations, facilitating updates and communication between night and day crews as well as project management.
· Manage night shift work schedules, effectively assigning tasks to optimize productivity and resource use.
· Quickly address conflicts and delays to keep projects on track and maintain timelines.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, incidents, and project progress for management reporting.
· Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of tools and machinery on site to prevent accidents and inefficiencies.
· Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, staying informed about changes in construction laws.
Skills and Qualification
Experience: Graduation, Background in construction management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly.
Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
