Site Supervisor forklift
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month

- Hiring Forklift Drivers: Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new forklift operators.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for forklift drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Basic Reporting: Use Excel to maintain records of daily operations, including driver schedules, performance, and operational data.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure that drivers adhere to safety protocols during forklift operations.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between forklift drivers and management, providing clear instructions and resolving any issues.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience: Prior experience managing teams, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
- Leadership: Strong organizational and communication skills to manage and guide a team of forklift drivers.
