FULL TIME
Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring work is done efficiently.
· Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to project managers.
· Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly.
· Ensure all materials, equipment, and tools are available on site as needed.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
· Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, work progress, and expenses.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
· Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
