Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:
As a Site Supervisor at Magicpotion, you will:
Oversee on-site construction and renovation projects, ensuring they align with design plans and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate the work schedule.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project.
Maintain detailed records, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
Requirements:
Passion for interior design and construction
Relevant experience (varies by position)
Strong work ethic and attention to details, as well as commitment to quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proven experience as a site supervisor in the construction or interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
