Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring the project progresses according to plan, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Oversee all on-site operations to ensure smooth execution of the interior fitout project. Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and tradespeople.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of all work, ensuring that interior fitout specifications are met in line with design and client expectations.
- Health & Safety: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site and that all workers are complying with safety standards.
- Problem Solving: Address any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
- Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, update project managers on the progress, and flag any concerns or deviations from the schedule.
- Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients regarding the progress of the project and address any concerns they may have.
- Materials Management: Ensure that materials are available when needed and that they are used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in interior fitout or construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of interior design, construction techniques, and materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in construction safety or site management are a plus.
