Site Supervisor

- Supervise on-site activities related to PU flooring, epoxy application, concrete polishing.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to meet project milestones.
- Monitor material usage, inventory levels, and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Optimize material utilization to minimize wastage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site visits.
- Understand client requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Inspect workmanship, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality checks.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
- Conduct safety briefings for site personnel. o Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in industrial construction or site supervision.
- Knowledge of PU flooring, epoxy coatings, acid-resistant tiling, and related materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
