Key Task and Activities:-
· Opening of Job Card
· Estimation of Job and commitment to delivery time
· Determination of Labour and spare with the Insurance Surveyor
· Work Allotment and follow up
· Liaisons with spares l/c for making spares available
· Following up work and verification of Quality for work being carried out.
· Authorisation of rework where necessary
· Certification for closure of job card
· Interaction with customers and a single point of contact
· Arrangement for resurvey where necessary
· Verification and certification of contractors bills and bill to customers
· Liaison with surveyors for initial survey, resurveys and final survey
Key Accountabilities:
· Completion of work as per predetermined standards of costs, time and quality
· Completeness of work done
· Customer satisfaction levels
Person Specification, including Competencies
· Diploma holder with around 3 years of experience in automobile
· Proficiency in the local language
· Interpersonal skills
· Good Communication skills
· Negotiation skills
· Stress Management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
