Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer questions about the menu and coffee offerings.
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, cold drinks) and food items following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
- Cafe Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including tables, chairs, and the service area.
- Refill coffee and tea stations, condiments, and other supplies.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the cafe for daily operations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and glassware in a timely and sanitary manner.
- Maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Additional responsibilities may include:
- Operating the cash register and processing customer payments.
- Restocking inventory as needed.
- Completing light prep work for food and beverage items.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred).
- Passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
