Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
- Consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and serving areas.
- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our coffee offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling cash transactions with attention to detail.
- Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Prepare and package coffee beans and other retail merchandise for sale to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee bar and timely service to customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your coffee knowledge and barista skills.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to create exceptional coffee experiences for customers.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Barista certification or training from a recognized coffee association or organization.
- Experience with latte art and other decorative coffee techniques.
- Knowledge of different coffee bean varieties, origins, and flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
