PROFILE SUMMARY
We are hiring for a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant who is skilled in end-to-end auditing services. An ideal candidate must be able to handle and conclude end-to-end audits and finalization of the financial statements. The candidate shall be provided ample on-the-job training and shall be accountable for ensuring timely compliance filing for the clients. The candidate must be proficient with MS Excel and must hold a good command over other accounting procedures.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for the clients
Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and projections
Prepare and file various statutory reports & returns
Monitor changes in the Tax Regulations and ensure clients' adherence
Coordinate and lead internal and external audits
Implement audit recommendations to improve internal controls
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
Communicate the financial results to the management & stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
SKILLS
Sound knowledge of accounting standards and SAP’s
Must be able to conduct independent audit/review assignments
Must possess leadership skills to manage and lead a team
Should be able to maintain effective communication with the clients
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and practices
Proficient knowledge of financial modeling and analysis
Excellent understanding of Taxation & compliances
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Good communication skills with an ability to work on stringent timelines
ELIGIBILITY
0-5 years’ experience as a semi qualified CA
Membership of ICAI
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
