Sales Executive
Location : Bahadurgarh, NCR, Haryana

Job Summary: The Insulating Varnish Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our insulating varnish products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial coatings or chemical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for insulating varnish products.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and actively seek out new business opportunities in target markets.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our insulating varnish products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our insulating varnish solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, prepare proposals, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical support, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial coatings, chemicals, or a related field.
Skills:
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of insulating varnish products and their applications (or the ability to quickly gain this knowledge).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
