Project Role : Scrum Master
Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation. - Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team's focus on the task at hand. - Promote continuous improvement and help the team adapt to changes. - Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices. - Provide guidance and support to team members in implementing Agile principles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. - Ability to identify and resolve conflicts within the team. - Experience in using Agile project management tools. - Knowledge of software development processes and practices. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
