Skill Set : Scrum Master (Preferably with EBS Supply Chain knowledge)

As a Scrum Master will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
Should Involve in coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.
Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software development projects.
Continuously improve the Agile process by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Demonstrates Agile mindset and working knowledge of Agile techniques including Scrum, Kanban, User Story Writing, e Xtreme Programming, and a scaling framework such as SAFe or Le SS Experience with training development and delivery.
Experience with SCM including branching and merging
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Ability to coach on increasing team productivity by analyzing metrics (e.g., burndown, velocity, burn-up, cycle time)
Exposure in Oracle EBS Supply chain management will be an excellent added advantage.
