Sales Representative

  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how products meet their needs.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales, including pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to close deals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other tools.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads and clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and assist in promotional efforts.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and present ideas clearly.
  • Persuasion: Ability to influence and persuade customers, understanding their needs and positioning products effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service can be advantageous. Experience in a specific industry may also be beneficial.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
