Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Gopalpura Office Onsite
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (based on experience and interview)

Job Description of Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s sales and customer growth. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who excels in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
  • Sales Techniques:
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and quotas.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:
  • Persuade potential clients, handle objections, and negotiate pricing to close sales.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during the sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database for effective lead management.
  • Goal-Oriented:
  • Work towards achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Address customer issues promptly, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges.
  • Time Management:
  • Manage your time effectively to balance client meetings, research, and follow-up tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and sales progress to management.
  • Presentation Skills:
  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations tailored to the needs of the audience.
  • Use visual aids and technical tools to enhance presentations.
  • Networking & Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain relationships within the industry and with key stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand your contacts.
