Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
§ Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating
§ Management of dealer orders and maintaining an open line of communication with customers in order to ensure the expected level of service.
§ Coordinate with Planning, logistics, Accounts and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
§ Implement inventory control measures and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels. Work closely with production teams to develop production schedules that align with demand forecasts.
§ Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory transactions, order status, and generate reports for management review
§ Monitoring stock and inventory levels of key customers and providing early warning of impending stock out situations including reporting significant issues to management team.
§ Order Booking (Exports and Domestic), Co Ordination with Sales team and production team, Dispatch team, to ensure finished goods Qty.
§ Monitor Container dispatched properly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
