Job Description:
Boltly Electric is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in building relationships with customers and representing the company’s brand in a positive way.
Responsibilities :
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person

Job Description:
Boltly Electric is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in building relationships with customers and representing the company’s brand in a positive way.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers, provide product recommendations based on their needs, and answer any questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through product knowledge and excellent service.
- Ensure that the sales floor is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Assist in setting up displays, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring all products are presented attractively.
- Work closely with team members and management to achieve store objectives and provide a cohesive shopping experience.
- Address customer complaints or issues professionally and seek to resolve them to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Graduated from any related field.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
