Job Description: Boltly Electric is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between executives and other departments. Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating. - Serve as the primary point of contact between the founder and emplyees; manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls. - Plan, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. - Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. - Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office space, and coordinating with vendors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and effective communication. Requirements: - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and familiarity with other productivity tools. - Superior written and verbal communication skills. - Flexibility to handle changing priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments and have the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer proactive solutions. - High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
