The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the medical industry by building strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and specialty doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Promote Tek Booster’s digital marketing services to potential clients within the healthcare industry.
- Understand the specific digital marketing needs of healthcare professionals and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients, presenting service offerings and benefits.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing services for acquired clients.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, particularly in Pharma or Healthcare sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its digital marketing needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to visit hospitals and doctors on-site as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in selling digital marketing services or related healthcare technology solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
