Sales and Marketing Representative - Field Sales
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Pay: ₹10,270.62 - ₹25,310.53 per month

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through open market areas across the Tricity Region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur).
- Client Acquisition: Engage potential customers, present our products, and convert leads into sales.
- Market Research: Understand the market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to optimize sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic planning.
- Fresher to 1 yr of work experience in field sales or marketing.
- Good Communication, Convincing power, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Adaptability and willingness to travel within the tricity region.
Pay: ₹10,270.62 - ₹25,310.53 per month
