We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Manager or Brand Strategist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing our brand’s visibility and driving growth both online and offline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, user retention, and growth strategies, along with hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution. Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Development: Designing and overseeing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s message. Collaborating with creative teams to develop advertising, promotions, and content strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and evaluating the performance of brand strategies and campaigns. Using metrics and feedback to make data-driven adjustments and improvements.
Consumer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through various channels. Ensuring that customer experiences are aligned with the brand’s values and promises.
Brand Advocacy: Representing the brand in external communications, including media appearances, industry events, and partnerships. Advocating for the brand’s interests and values.
Trend Watching: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identifying new opportunities for brand innovation and adaptation.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (2+ years) in growth management, brand strategy, or a related role.
Strong background in user retention strategies and growth hacking techniques.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing and analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
