Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers for SBI Bank credit card sales. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for promoting and selling SBI Bank credit cards over the phone to potential customers. - Maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and guidelines.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
