St. Joan's School is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Robotics teacher for our senior secondary classes. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a strong academic background in Robotics, Electronics, or Computer Science, and experience with the ICSE curriculum.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Tech / M.Tech) in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
- ICSE background (as a student and/or in teaching experience).
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to teach Robotics to Class XI and XII students, covering both theoretical and hands-on practical aspects.
- Strong subject knowledge, with the ability to make learning engaging through practical applications and projects.
- Experience working with robotic kits and programming tools used in Robotics education.
- Proficiency in programs and tools such as Arduino IDE, Raspberry Pi, Tinker CAD, Robot C, VEX Coding Studio, and other robotics programming environments.
- Previous experience in teaching senior secondary classes (XI and XII).
- Experience working in an ICSE-affiliated school.
- Knowledge of programming languages including Python, C++, and Java.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing classroom activities and projects.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students through engaging lessons and project-based learning.
- Willingness to contribute to school events, exhibitions, and student competitions.
- Ability to create a positive and dynamic learning environment.
- Proactive participation in professional development programs and staying updated on advancements in Robotics and AI.
- Commitment to encouraging students' problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and innovative learning.
