Location – Mohali (On-site) sec-67
Job Timings - After hours starting from 3:00 am. (IST)
6 days working.
Salary Range - Max upto 30-35k ctc

Job Duties & Responsibilities: -
Track & Trace: Monitor and coordinate our fleet's real-time movements, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
Road Service Support: Assist in coordinating emergency road service requests via call or emails, texts , responding quickly to breakdowns or issues faced by drivers, carriers , and liaising with repair shops and customers.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Fluency in English : (written and spoken): Strong communication skills are essential, especially when coordinating with customers, carriers and vendors.
2. Ability to accurately document key information from calls and respond effectively to urgent inquiries.
3. Basic knowledge of the USA trucking industry: A clear understanding of trucking operations is needed to manage Track & Trace activities.
4. Truck specs Knowledge: Familiarity with truck models, tire sizes, axles, airlines, trailers, and basic repair terminology is required (basic knowledge is mandatory).
5. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate service terms and manage vendor relationships during emergency situations.
6. Coordination Skills: Excellent coordination between our shop, service teams, and customers to ensure a smooth and responsive workflow.
7. Independence: This role is for after-hours support, so the candidate should be comfortable working autonomously and making quick decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- We are actively seeking a committed and motivated individual to join our Asset Division as an After-Hours Road Assistance and Track & Trace Support Specialist. This position is based at our Mohali office and comes with a unique set of responsibilities essential to our 24/7 operations.
