Retail Trainee Associate
· Provide speedy & effective Customer Service
· Follow Standard Operating Procedure of the company
· Prepare Thick Shakes as per the standard recipe on receiving the orders from customers
· Maintaining stock par levels
· Interact with customers & serving the customer to their satisfaction
· Ensuring customer feedbacks are collected on a daily basis
· In case of complaining customers, taking suitable action to solve the complaints and keeping the Store Manager/Area Manager informed of all the complaints
· Constantly employing suggestive selling practices to make the customers aware
· Responsible for maintenance and store upkeep
· Adherence to monthly roaster and employee hand book
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
