1.Maintain training records create and produce reports for facilitating training workshops.
2. To ensure Training plans are delivered on Time and In Full as described in SHINE a GRU, What level of training has been completed per store / per employee (accurate files / updates).
3.Delivery of Academy training programmes and assessments, in line with global standards including onboarding and specalist programmes.
4.Host quarterly store manager digital meetings, and support the store manager annual conference.
Educational Qualification Required
Graduate in any stream with 3 year plus experience and MBA with experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Store operations at supervisory level and atleast 1 year experience as retail trainer or
2. Minimum 3 year experience in Training (atleast 2 years in Retail training).
