Job Overview: This role is an exciting opportunity for Diploma-Mechanical/Electrical-Fresher or 1-2 years experience in retail marketing who are eager to build a career in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for field sales activities, engaging directly with customers, and driving retail sales of gensets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell diesel gensets (DG) in the assigned territory. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales. Engage with retail clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable genset solutions. Deliver product presentations and provide demonstrations to potential customers. Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Monitor market trends and gather feedback to contribute to product and sales strategy improvements. Report daily sales activities, progress, and market insights to the Area Sales Manager. Qualifications: Diploma-Mechanical/Electrical-Fresher or 1-2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply). Strong interest in building a career in field sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and handle field sales challenges. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within Haryana and Delhi NCR.
