We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Captain to join our team and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Job Description:
The Restaurant Captain plays a key role in managing the dining floor, leading the waitstaff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for supervising service operations, coordinating between the kitchen and waitstaff, and maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

The Restaurant Captain plays a key role in managing the dining floor, leading the waitstaff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for supervising service operations, coordinating between the kitchen and waitstaff, and maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the dining area.
- Lead, train, and motivate the waitstaff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Assist in seating arrangements and table assignments for efficient service flow.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the dining area to maintain hygiene standards.
- Promote upselling of menu items and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of service-related supplies and report needs to management.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management is a plus.
