Bartender
We are seeking an experienced and friendly Bartender to join our team at Hotel Park View Restaurant & Bar. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and mixing techniques and be able to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (flexible shifts).

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws and regulations (legal drinking age: 25 years).
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, bar tools, and workstations.
- Manage stock levels by keeping track of liquor, mixers, and supplies, and communicate low inventory needs to management.
- Upsell and promote bar menu items, including signature cocktails and specials.
- Follow established recipes and garnish drinks to meet the hotel’s presentation standards.
- Process customer payments accurately and promptly, maintaining a cash drawer and handling POS transactions.
- Ensure safety and compliance with health regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Proven experience as a bartender in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, drink-mixing techniques, and popular alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure efficiently.
- Must be at least 25 years old (as per local alcohol service laws).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
- Certification in bartending or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
