Job Title: Reservation and Ticketing Staff
Location: Malappuram
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Reservation and Ticketing Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle booking inquiries, process ticket reservations, manage customer communication, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Handle flight, hotel, and travel reservations.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries via calls, emails, and Whats App.
- Issue and manage tickets efficiently.
- Update booking status and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of reservation systems.
- CRS preferably Galileo
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
