Job responsibilities : Plan and organize tours of clients , including determining destinations, arranging transportation and accommodations, coordinating activities and excursions and managing the overoll schedule and the itenary. Follow up on inquiries rigorously to ensure maximum conversions. Manage the financial aspects of the tour , Including budgeting and collecting payments from the clients. Prepare international itenaries for the customer .Need knowledge about international locations. Coordinate and communicate with travel partners , such as airlines, hotels, and transportation companies to ensure all arrangements are in place and that clients receive the best possible service.
