To support our growing operations, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Reservation Executive at The Saadhan on Ganges, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a seamless booking experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with IDS Software and a strong background in hospitality. You will play a critical role in maintaining guest satisfaction and maximizing room occupancy through effective reservation management.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month

Job Summary:

Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IDS Software is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling reservations and guest information.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
