Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter based in India to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the U.S. and Canada. This role requires a deep understanding of the North American job market and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to source candidates for IT software engineering roles, administration, skilled trades, drivers, and general labor positions. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations. Collaborate with North American clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline. Build and maintain a strong talent pool of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Create compelling and accurate job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms to attract qualified candidates. Attend virtual industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends and to expand your professional network. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on international hiring for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Familiarity with IT software engineering, administration, skilled trades, and general labor sectors. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Understanding of the cultural and business nuances of the North American job market. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required.
