Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with information or directing them to the appropriate person/department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Maintain visitor logbooks and manage access control to the office premises.
Handle courier services – dispatching and receiving packages/documents.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or Excel sheets.
Assist in filing, documentation, and maintaining office files both physically and digitally.
Handle office supplies inventory, ensuring that stock is sufficient and orders are placed as needed.
Process bills and vouchers, including coordinating with the accounts department for timely payments.
Coordinate with various departments for any tasks, projects, or support needed.
