Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for management and team members.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functional.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Handle incoming communications and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
HR Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary resources and training.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or HR is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
