Greeting and welcoming the patients/visitors in polite and professional manner.
Assisting and directing the visitors to the appropriate person or doctor or any other office as required.
Attending the patient or patient relatives at the desk and solving their queries up to satisfaction.
To attend the phone calls for the OPD appointments and managing the OPD appointments properly.
Receiving and forwarding incoming phone calls to appropriate destination.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Order front office supplies and maintain an accurate inventory of stock.
Map data required for Quality Indicators for OPD.
Daily collection and handing over the cash to the accounts dept.
Ensure that reception is neat, clean, tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery (pen/forms/brochures, etc.)
Follow the instructions and suggestions given by the OPD incharge & report on a daily basis.
Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.
Any other jobs assigned by the superior/HOD/Management as per exigencies of work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduate with good communication skills.
Relevant experience from hospital is preferable.
Male & Female Candidates both can apply.
Pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills preferable.
