Responsibilities:
- Making calls to potential customers
- Explaining company services
- Maintaining daily call records
- Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Submitting daily progress reports
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our solar solutions and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and assess client interest.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Previous experience in a reception or telecalling role preferred, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
