Opportunity / role : Receptionist cum office admin; Exp: 2 to 3 years (total career and relevant experience); Work location: Koramangala 5th Block (near Jyothi Nivas College); Linguistic skills (read, write, speak): Kannada (prefered), English; Qualification: any Graduate. Experience & Soft skills: Must be Smart, Dynamic, possess good handwriting, oral & written communication skills, able to take ownership of the tasks / activities. Responsibilities and Duties in Brief:
Perform regular Receptionist & Office admin tasks as per the job role and business needs, maintain various front desk registers, tracking of documents, manage office logistics, collaborate / co-ordinate with service providers, vendors as per office and business needs.
Manage tasks / followups, etc as assigned by senior management with internal and external stakeholders / staff members.
Manage customer and other related data, property bookings when received, reports preparation, etc using MS office.
Manage various real estate lands & other records, documentation both manually and digitally as per procedures and guidance received from seniors.
Manage and monitor office support staff and attend to day to day office needs, manage office cleanliness, stationary and other supplies, etc.
Ability to develop skills on the job.
Willing to learn and perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
