Job Title: Receptionist / Admin Executive
Location: Bhosari, Pune
Experience: 0 - 1 year (Fresher)

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Admin Executive to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be presentable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receptionist Duties
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Manage the front desk by handling queries from clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
2.Administrative Duties:
  • Handle scheduling and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies when needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and format reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee attendance tracking and onboarding.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and emailing documents
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
