We are seeking a friendly and professional
Female Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for meetings and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and operations.
Provide support for various office projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A professional appearance and demeanor.
