Job description
Job Location: Jamshedpur
Position Title: Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Ensure that security procedures are followed for visitor access.
- Provide information and support to visitors and staff as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Decent professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
