Receptionist
ONLY GIRLS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Answer telephones politely and efficiently, handling reservations, inquiries, and take-out orders.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, and seat them according to wait times and table availability.
- Actively listen to guest requests and concerns, offering solutions and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain accurate wait lists and communicate wait times effectively.
- Process payments for take-out orders (if applicable).
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills to understand guest needs and requests.
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not necessary.
