Receptionist
Description
- Receptionist cum account.
- Good with verbal and communication skills with basic computer and tally work.
- full time (9-6)
- Can attend patient relative primary, make appointment, communication and answering calls.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
- Provide information about services and answer client queries.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment processing.
