Follow-Up: Contact clients for follow-up appointments or additional documentation. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly. Qualifications:
Education: Graduate required.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, especially in a consultancy environment.
