1)Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the centre. 2) Answer , screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner. 3) Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone / mail. 4) Maintain the reception area , ensuing it is clean and presentable at all times. 5) Schedule appointments for clients , and coordinate with wellness professionals. 6) Handle customer enquiries and offer assistance in booking services. 7) Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry , maintaining records and managing office supplies. 8) Manage billing and payments as needed. 9) Ensure smooth client check in and check out processes.
